How does the free trial work?
The 14-day trial is available on any paid plan (Engineer, Office, or Firm). Start it from the pricing page in one click — no credit card or payment details required. When the trial ends, if you don’t subscribe, your account becomes view-only: all your data stays exactly where it is, you can view and export it, and adding comes back the moment you subscribe.
What is the locked launch price?
If you subscribe during the launch period, your price stays locked as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you’ll pay the standard price at that time.
How does cancellation work?
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current paid period, with no prorated refunds.
Is my data safe if I don’t subscribe?
Yes. We never delete your data. Your projects remain available to view and export, while adding and editing pause until you subscribe.
What payment methods are accepted?
Two ways: a bank card (Visa or Mastercard), processed securely by Stripe, or an InstaPay transfer for an annual or semi-annual subscription. Card invoices and payment methods are managed from the billing portal.
