Your fee and real profit on every project
Pick your fee model — percentage, per square metre, fixed amount or all-inclusive price — and Myzan calculates your fee and net profit on every project automatically.
The short answer
In Myzan each project has a fee model: cost plus a percentage, a rate per square metre, a fixed amount, or an all-inclusive price. As expenses and payments are logged, Myzan works out the fee you’ve earned and your net profit after costs, and shows how much of the contract value the client has paid.
Fee models
| Model | How your fee is calculated |
|---|---|
| Cost plus percentage | A percentage of actual project spending |
| Per square metre | Area × agreed rate |
| Fixed amount | One figure for the project |
| All-inclusive price | Profit = contract value − actual cost |
Also included
- Extra fees such as design or 3D modelling, as separate lines added in full to your profit.
- Profit withdrawals: record what you’ve drawn and see what’s left — visible only to you.
- Project stages with budgets: see spending against each stage as you go.
- Reports: cash flow, fees earned and profitability per project.
Live balance and fee are in every plan; stages and cross-project reports start from the Engineer plan.
